You want to plan your own wedding or event but have no idea where to start? This is for you! Once you fill out my intake form, I will do the research for you and recommend vendors based on your unique needs and wants
What’s included:
90 minute virtual or in person meeting
Access to Vendor Portfolio and research information
Price: $250.00 ($100.00 per additional hour)
Day of Coordination
The Mini
This package is perfect for the couple who has a passion for planning but wants someone the month before and day of their wedding to coordinate with all vendors to create a detailed timeline that will be followed on wedding day.
What’s included:
Month before wedding day:
At least two in-person/ virtual consultations with you during the month of your wedding to discuss all the plans you have put into place and what the extra expectations and duties you have for me.
Handling follow-ups with all vendors: working with you, your vendors and master of ceremonies to create a detailed timeline/ schedule of the wedding day
Assistance with creating a functional venue layout and seating plan
1 hour of rehearsal coordination
On the Wedding Day:
10 hour total of on site direction and supervision of wedding ceremony and reception by lead planner + 1 assistant
Access to some of rental inventory with no extra cost (i.e. cake stand, sign holders, card box)
add on decor set up and/or take down: $150.00/ hour.
add on Venue set up/ tear down (i.e. chair and table set up): $250.00/ hour
Starting price: 2,500.00 (price is heavily dependent on amount of guests invited and vendors to manage)
Hourly Planning/ Day of Coordination
The Midi
This package is for individuals who want help with some areas of the planning process, but not all, and have someone take the lead on wedding day!
Hourly planning/coordinating: starting at $100.00 per hour
Month before to day-of-wedding coordination: Starting at $2,500.00

Full Planning / Day of Coordination
The Full Package
This package is for couples who want a hands free planning and coordinating experience. You can be as much or as little involved as you want to be!
What’s included:
Budget preparation, allocation and management
Vendor recommendations and assisting in the selection of vendors + attending appointments with the couple.
Recommendations with regards to the chosen wedding theme shall include site décor, food, attire, favours, centrepieces, and wedding stationery
Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between the time of hiring and the wedding
Handling follow-ups with all vendors
Creating a detailed timeline of the wedding day and coordinating with all vendors and master of ceremony
1 hour of rehearsal coordination
6 hour of set up of decor (extra hours $150.00/ hour)
2 hour tear down of decor (extra hours $100.00/hour)
12 hour of on site direction and supervision of wedding ceremony and reception by lead planner + 1 assistant
Access to some of rental inventory with no extra cost (i.e. cake stand, sign holders, card box)
Starting Price: $6000.00
